Thursday 24 November 2016

6.30pm-8.00pm

Vive Le Punk is a fascinating cinematic record of the first exhibition staged at The Horse Hospital, London, in February 1993. The film features Malcolm McLaren and Vivienne Westwood discussing their Kings Road shops, their seminal Punk designs and their extraordinary collaboration throughout the 1970s.

Roger K. Burton is a stylist, costume designer and art director for film and TV whose movie credits include Quadrophenia (1979), Hackers (1994), Vigo (1998) and Stoned (2005). In 1993 Roger founded The Horse Hospital, a not-for-profit venue for avant-garde and underground arts, film, fashion, performance and music.

Presented by the Centre for Fashion Curation, London College of Fashion.
