Fashion Research Network & fig-2 Present:
FOS Artist’s Talk & Tour
10.00 am Wednesday 14th October 2015 – ICA Studio, London
In collaboration with fig-2’s “50 Projects – 50 weeks” FRN presents an exhibition tour and talk led by the Danish artist FOS, of the artworks and design objects that he has created for the fashion brand Céline. This rare opportunity to hear the artist’s perspective on his work and examine the objects at close-hand, will be followed by an artist and curator-led discussion on the intersection of art, design and an international fashion brand.
There are only 30 places available for this event, so to avoid disappointment book via:

FOS is invited to survey a recent body of work at fig-2, ICA Studio. The exhibition ‘Maggie Margaret lives’ evokes an interior between two ideas of design and art, composed of artworks and design objects that FOS produced for the fashion brand Céline. Blending two different modes of production, allowing them to stand alone and among one another, the exhibition investigates the confluence of aesthetics and demarcation of objecthood in art and design. An actress will be commissioned to activate the space, responding to the objects and at times voicing their intrinsic pasts to the audiences present.
