Association of Dress Historians’ Annual New Research

The Association of Dress Historians supports and promotes the study and professional practice of dress and textile history. They welcome innovative, interdisciplinary, and critical research papers or those that add to or challenge established studies. In particular, they would like to hear from:

•            Postgraduate students who are researching a dissertation or thesis

•            Curators who wish to discuss recent or future exhibitions

•            Independent researchers embarking upon new projects

CALL FOR PAPERS

Please submit your proposal as a Word document that includes a descriptive paper title, a 200-word abstract, a 100-word biography, and contact information to Jennifer Daley, ADH Events Secretary, at: Jennifer.Daley@kcl.ac.uk

Each speaker will be allotted fifteen minutes. The deadline for submissions is 10th November 2015. Notification of the outcome will be advised by e-mail on or before 20 November 2015. Speakers do not have to pay the conference admission fee, though we do require that all speakers become members of the association by the time of the conference.

ADH MEMBERSHIP
