The Textile Society’s Antique Textile Fair

Sun 4th October 2015
10:30 – 16:30

Chelsea Old Town Hall
King’s Road, London, SW3 5EE

The Textile Society’s fairs offer a rare opportunity to engage in informed and enthusiastic conversations with dealers who have been in the business for many years, and who never fail to inspire.

The range of beautiful antique textiles from around the world includes traditional dress, historical costume, vintage fashion, collectable fragments, textile ephemera, mid-century modern designer prints and embroidery. Homes and Gardens magazine described it as ‘a wonderful day of textile indulgence’ that featured ‘a stunning mix of textiles rich in colour, history and beauty – ranging from Persian rugs and tapestries to floral quilts and pretty dresses.’

All profits made from the event support The Textile Society’s student bursaries and museum awards, so you can indulge yourself whilst knowing that you are helping a good cause!
